CMG Royalty-Free Image License

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, Clandestine Media Group (“CMG”) grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the purchased images for commercial and non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms below.

Ownership of the images is not transferred.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use the licensed images in the following ways:

  • Websites, landing pages, and blogs
  • Social media posts and paid social advertising
  • Digital advertising, display, and programmatic media
  • Email marketing and newsletters
  • Print marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters, packaging)
  • Presentations, pitch decks, and internal documents


Images may be edited, cropped, resized, or color-adjusted as needed for your use.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the images as standalone files
  • Include the images in any competing stock or asset library
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the images
  • Use the images in a way that is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful
  • Use the images to imply endorsement by CMG or any depicted person, brand, or organization unless explicitly stated

4. No Model or Property Releases

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, CMG does not provide model releases or property releases.

Use of images containing identifiable individuals, private property, trademarks, or branded products is at the purchaser’s discretion and risk, particularly in sensitive or regulated contexts.

5. Attribution

Attribution is not required but is appreciated where practical.

6. Ownership and Copyright

All images remain the intellectual property of Clandestine Media Group.

This license grants usage rights only and does not transfer copyright.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Images are provided “as is.”

CMG makes no warranties regarding suitability for a particular purpose and is not responsible for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the images.

8. Termination

This license automatically terminates if the purchaser breaches any of these terms. Upon termination, all use of the images must cease.
